Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial analyses, and management presentations.
- Monitor accounting transactions and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Support implementation and monitoring of internal controls and process improvements.
- Liaise with banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities as required.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
- Positive analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
