NTHE ROLE

nWe're looking for a highly skilled menswear designer who can take an idea from concept to collection, sketch to sample, and sample to final garment.

NThis is not a role for someone who only assists.

NYou will be responsible for leading a team of 5 designers, developing collections, managing R&D; and sampling, creating tech packs, and working closely with our couture clients — including celebrities, VIPs and HNI clientele.

NYou should have a strong understanding of luxury menswear, couture craftsmanship, garment construction, embroidery, fabrics and fit, with the ability to translate a creative vision into commercially viable, beautifully executed clothing.

NWHAT YOU'LL OWN

nDESIGN & COLLECTION DEVELOPMENT

- Develop complete menswear collections from concept to final execution.
N
- Create mood boards, concept boards, colour stories and design directions.
N
- Research trends, silhouettes, fabrics, techniques, embroideries and international fashion references.
N
- Conduct extensive R&D; to develop new silhouettes, surface techniques and design details.
N
- Develop collections with a transparent understanding of the brand's design language and customer.
N
- Present and communicatecollection concepts to the HOD / Creative Team.
N

nTECHNICAL & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

- Create detailed tech packs, specification sheets and production-ready design documentation.
N
- Develop and maintain garment construction details, measurements, trims and finishing specifications.
N
- Handle fabric, embroidery and accessory swatches.
N




- Coordinate sampling from first prototype to final approved sample.
N
- Review samples critically and ensure corrections are implemented accurately.
N
- Work closely with production, master tailors, embroiderers and vendors to achieve the intended design.
N
- Ensure final garments maintain the desired fit, finish and design integrity.

nTEAM LEADERSHIP

- Lead and manage ateam of 5 designers.

- Allocate design and development responsibilities and manage timelines.
N
- Review the team's work and maintain a high design standard.
N
- Mentor junior designersand help develop their technical and creative skills.
N
- Ensure collections, samples and client requirements are delivered within deadlines.
N
- Act as the bridge between the HOD / Creative Head, design team and production.

nCOUTURE & CLIENT DESIGN

- Work directly on celebrity, VIP and HNI client requirements.

- Understand individual client preferences, body types, styling requirements and occasions.
N
- Develop highly personalised looks while maintaining the brand's design language.
N
- Handle design changes, fittings, alterations and finalisation with attention to detail.
N
- Be comfortable working on high-value, high-visibility custom orders where precision is non-negotiable.

- Collaborate with the styling and client servicing teams to create complete looks.

nWHAT WE'RE LOOKINGFOR

- 4–7 years of strong experience in menswear / couture.
N
- Proven experience in luxury or premium menswear design.
N
- Strong understanding ofIndian couture, occasion wear and contemporary menswear.
N
- Exceptional knowledge of silhouettes, fabrics, embroidery, embellishment, garment construction and finishing.
N
- Strong sketching and design development skills.
N
- Excellent understandingof tech packs and technical documentation.
N
- Experience handling thecomplete process of R&D; → sampling → fittings → final production.
N
- Previous experience managing or mentoring a design team is highly preferred.
N
- Experience working withcelebrity, VIP or HNI clientele is a strong advantage.
N
- Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills.
N
- Ability to manage multiple collections and custom projects simultaneously.

NWe're looking for someonewith next-level design ability.

NSomeone who can walk intoa room with a blank page and build a collection.

NSomeone who understands why a silhouette works, why a fabric belongs on it, where the embroidery should sit, how it needs to be constructed and how the final garment should feel.

NYou should be able to think like a designer, execute like a technician and lead like an HOD.
