Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Delhi, India. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and detailing architectural designs for luxury residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, ensuring alignment with the firm’s design philosophy. Day-to-day tasks include preparing concept sketches and detailed drawings, coordinating design development, and collaborating with clients to understand requirements and present design solutions.

The role involves working closely with project managers,



consultants, and contractors to ensure design integrity, regulatory compliance, and quality execution on site. The Architect will also participate in material selection, design reviews, and continuous refinement of designs from concept to completion.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with demonstrated experience in luxury residential and commercial projects.
- Ability to collaborate on Integration of design concepts with structural, MEP, and interior design disciplines.
- Experience with Project Management, including coordination with consultants, contractors, and clients to meet timelines and quality standards.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and visualization tools (e.g. Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar), and familiarity with building codes and local regulations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, with professional portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design concepts clearly.
- Attention to detail, commitment to high-quality workmanship, and readiness to work on-site and participate in site visits and inspections.
