Role Description The Analyst role at OTDS Courier is a full-time, on-site position based in Guwahati. The Analyst will collect, validate, and interpret operational data related to deliveries, routes, and service performance to support decision-making and efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities include preparing daily and weekly reports, monitoring key performance indicators, identifying trends and bottlenecks, and recommending process enhancements for last-mile operations and logistics workflows. The role also involves collaborating with operations, finance, and customer service teams, supporting COD reconciliation and shipment tracking analysis,



and preparing presentations or dashboards for management. The Analyst is expected to maintain accurate documentation, ensure data integrity, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and basic data visualization (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards); knowledge of SQL or analytics tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of logistics, supply chain, or courier operations, including last-mile delivery, COD handling, and route optimization.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data handling, and ability to identify operational issues and recommend practical solutions.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to different stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Guwahati, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field; relevant experience in analytics or operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with e-commerce logistics or regional operations in Northeast India is a plus.
