Role & responsibilities:

We are looking for a Frontend Web Developer who can maintain WordPress sites cleanly and build fast, up-to-date landing pages that convert. You will work on live projects across SEO and paid media campaigns, using AI coding tools as a normal part of your daily workflow.

- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize WordPress sites using child themes, custom hooks, ACF, and the WP REST API, without adding unnecessary plugins.
- Build responsive, high-converting landing pages using Next.js, Astro, or Tailwind, or modern builders like Webflow and Framer.
- Optimize for Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) and hit 90+ PageSpeed scores through clean code, not plugin stacking.
- Implement semantic HTML5, JSON-LD schema, canonicals, and correct on-page technical SEO structure.
- Connect forms and landing pages to CRMs using webhooks and REST APIs (Make, n8n, Zapier, Cloudflare).
- Set up Google Tag Manager and data-layer form tracking so every lead is measurable.
- Use AI coding tools (Cursor, Codex, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, v0,



Lovable) to ship faster, while reviewing and correcting what they generate.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 2 to 4 years of hands-on frontend development experience with live projects you can show.
- Strong HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+). Basic TypeScript is a plus.
- WordPress working knowledge: Custom Post Types, ACF, PHP template basics, plugin conflict resolution.
- Practical experience with React, Next.js, or Astro, and deployment on Vercel, Netlify, or Cloudflare.
- Comfortable with Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, Chrome DevTools, and image and asset optimization.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and Git.
- Actively uses AI coding tools in daily work and can explain how.
- Good spoken and written English. You will interact with international projects and internal teams directly.
- Right attitude: learns fast, asks questions, takes ownership of a page from build to live.

Nice to have:

- Headless CMS experience (headless WordPress, Sanity, Strapi, Payload).
- Automation workflow experience with n8n or Make.
- Programmatic or template-driven page builds at scale.
- Any personal project or tool you built on your own.
