About the Role:

n

We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage the complete post-sales journey of customers in the real estate sector — from booking and documentation to loan disbursement, registration, and possession.

Job Details:

Location: Baner, Pune.

n

Employment Type: Full-time, Monday to Saturday.

n

Work Mode: Work from Office.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Manage customer relationships and communication throughout the post-sales journey.
n
- Coordinate with customers for documentation, agreements, payments, and other transaction requirements.
n
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for home loan processing, sanction, and disbursement.
n
- Coordinate with legal teams for agreements, sale deeds, documentation, and other legal formalities.
n
- Manage and coordinate the property registration process,



including documentation, stamp duty, and registration requirements.
n
- Track customer-wise payment schedules, documentation, loan status, registration, and possession.
n
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, Banking, Developers, and other internal/external stakeholders.
n
- Maintain accurate CRM records, trackers, and MIS reports.
n
- Proactively follow up on pending activities and ensure timely closure of customer requirements.
n
- Address customer queries and ensure a smooth post-sales experience.

Must-Have Requirements:

n

n
- 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate CRM / Post-Sales / Customer Relationship Management.
n
- Strong knowledge of real estate post-sales processes.
n
- Experience with property registration, home loans, loan disbursement, legal documentation, and customer coordination.
n
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
n
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and CRM tools.
n
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
