- Designing and testing business processes.

- Migrating data and validating system accuracy.

- Training end users and providing post-go-live support.

- Functional Consultant – Focuses on HR or Finance business processes and system configuration.

- Technical/Integration Consultant – Builds integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, and other integration tools.
