We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Application Designer and Video Generation Expert who can lead end-to-end design for digital products, create engaging visual assets, support video-based content generation, and help build a strong and consistent brand identity. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Figma, Claude Design, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Canva, and related creative tools. This role requires a creative leader who can guide a design team, collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, translate ideas into high-quality user experiences, and ensure that all design outputs are visually strong, user-friendly, scalable, and aligned with the brand.

Responsibilities

- Lead the design of web and mobile applications, including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, design systems, and production-ready visual assets.
n
- Create intuitive, modern, and visually appealing UI/UX designs that align with business goals, user needs, and brand guidelines.
n
- Use Figma for application design, prototyping, component libraries, collaboration, and design handoff to development teams.
n
- Use Claude Design and other AI-assisted design tools to generate design explorations, prototypes, visual concepts, pitch assets, and creative directions.
n
- Create and support video generation requirements, including concept development, storyboarding, visual direction, editing support, motion-style assets, and AI-generated video content.
n
- Design brand assets such as logos, icons, illustrations, social media creatives,



presentation templates, marketing collaterals, and campaign visuals using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Canva, and similar tools.

- Build and maintain a consistent visual identity across applications, websites, marketing materials, videos, presentations, and internal/external communication assets.
n
- Lead, mentor, and review the work of junior designers and creative team members to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
n
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, marketing teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to convert ideas into strong design outcomes.
n
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, AI design tools, video generation tools, branding practices, and digital design standards.

Requirements

n

n
- 6+ years of qualified experience in UI/UX design, application design, graphic design, branding, or a related creative role.
n
- Strong portfolio showcasing application UI/UX design, branding work, digital creatives, prototypes, visual design systems, and video or motion-related creative work.
n
- Expertise in Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems, variants, and developer handoff.
n
- Hands-on experience with Claude Design or similar AI-assisted design tools for rapid design exploration, prototype creation,



and visual concept generation.
n
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Canva, and other creative design tools.
n
- Experience with video generation, video editing workflows, storyboarding, motion graphics concepts, and AI-based video or creative content generation tools.
n
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, visual hierarchy, responsive design, accessibility, usability, and user-centered design principles.
n
- Ability to lead design discussions, explain design decisions, receive feedback, and guide teams toward practical and visually strong solutions.
n
- Experience in building or strengthening a brand identity across digital products, marketing assets, presentations, social media, and client-facing materials.
n
- Ability to manage multiple design priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and deliver high-quality output within timelines.
n
- Good understanding of front-end design constraints and ability to collaborate effectively with development teams.
n
- Bachelor's degree in design, fine arts, visual communication, human-computer interaction, multimedia, or a related field is preferred.

- Experience creating brand guidelines, design systems, and reusable visual templates.

- Knowledge of AI creative workflows for image generation, video generation, presentation design, and rapid prototyping.

- Experience working with marketing, product, and technology teams to create unified digital experiences.

- Ability to provide creative direction for campaigns, product demos, explainer videos, and client-facing presentations.
