Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to manage and drive delivery of a complex enterprise product built using .NET, Python, and SQL Server technologies. The candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, handle stakeholder communication, and ensure successful product delivery with high quality and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end software project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodology.
Coordinate with Development, QA, Product, Dev Ops, and Business teams.
Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
Work closely with technical teams on solutions involving:
.NET / .NET Core
Python services and AI integrations
SQL Server
APIs and Microservices
Conduct sprint planning, status reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
Prepare project reports, delivery updates, and escalation management.
Conduct product demos and showcase current features to clients, management,



and stakeholders.
Ensure quality delivery, release management, and production stability.

Required Skills
Strong understanding of .NET, Python, SQL Server, APIs, and enterprise applications.
Experience managing technical software projects and Agile teams.
Good knowledge of SDLC, sprint management, and delivery tracking tools like Jira/Azure Dev Ops.
Excellent English communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced workplace.

Experience & Qualification
10+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in Technical Project Management.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
PMP/Scrum certification preferred.
