Qualification PG degree in Management/Finance/Economics; PG degree in Architecture/Urban Planning/Civil Engineering or any similar combination of education and experience.
Previous Experience :
Preferred Experience in hands-on Consulting & Research (preferably in the Real Estate domain)
Experience in in office market research for real estate asset classes like Residential Commerial Retail and Hospitality
Role:
Real Estate advisory Market Research Feasibility studies Highest & Best use reports
Evaluation of conventional real estate segments - Residential Commercial Retail Industrial Hospitality Warehouse and alternate asset classes (Education & Health care).
Assist in customized presentation for clients
Market data for evaluation of recent markets and asset classes for advising clients.
