Robust experience with ServiceNow Change Management module, CMDB and workflow design.
Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Release, Configuration and Knowledge Management.
Risk and impact assessment, CAB governance, change scheduling and blackout management.
Experience supporting cloud, infrastructure, cyber security, ERP and application changes.
Reporting using ServiceNow, Power BI, Excel and KPI dashboards.
