Position: Program-Manager
Location: Pune
Reporting To: Director Sales, Marketing & Program Management

Criteria: Diploma/B.E with 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager

Job Responsibilities
Delivery of products for customer programs (Recent Projects)
To plan the overall program and monitor progress to make sure that milestones are being met across the various projects and programs.
To define the program scope, processes, procedures, reporting, etc. to manage the program.




Daily management of programs through the life cycle of the program (Inception to 3 months after S.O.P.)
To manage the program cost and timeline.
To manage the risks and issues that might and do arise over the course of the program life cycle, as well as take measures to correct them when they occur.
To coordinate the projects and their interdependencies between the various projects.
To manage and use resources across the various programs.
To manage stakeholders who are involved in the programs.
To make sure deliverables are aligned across the programs.
