Day-to-Day Accounting
Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
Record daily income, expenses, receipts and payments.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain cash, bank and general ledger accounts.
Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations.
Hospital/IVF Billing & Collections
Verify patient billing and collection records.
Monitor daily collections from the centre.
Reconcile cash, card, UPI and bank transactions.
Track outstanding patient balances and follow up for collections.
Ensure proper accounting of packages, additional procedures, medicines and other revenue items.
MIS & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports.
Prepare collection and revenue MIS.
Support management with financial data and analysis.
Monitor expenses against approved budgets.

Candidate Profile

Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification.
Knowledge of Tally / ERP and MS Excel is preferred.

Experience:
2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience in hospital, healthcare or IVF organisation will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
