About the Role

The Junior Program Manager is a cross-functional generalist role supporting Business Operations, HR, and Delivery. Rather than owning one fixed function, this person works across multiple ongoing workstreams — process improvement, people operations, and organizational design and collaborating closely with functional leads.

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations
Audit and redesign informal or undocumented workflows into structured, repeatable processes.
Identify operational inefficiencies and propose fixes.
Maintain process documentation and tracking systems (spreadsheets/tools).

People Operations (with HR)
Support and improve the onboarding experience for current hires.
Assist in designing onboarding materials, schedules, and touchpoints.

Requirements




1–3 years of experience in operations, program management, business analysis, or a generalist role.
Solid analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with spreadsheets/data tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
Comfort working across multiple functions without a fixed daily routine.
Ability to independently learn recent domains (ops, HR, delivery) with minimal ramp-up time.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have
Prior exposure to a founder's-office, business operations, or program management role.
Basic understanding of HR processes or delivery/project operations.
