Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, attendance, and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.- Manage joining formalities, employee documentation, and onboarding.- Maintain employee records and HR databases.- Monitor attendance, leave,



and employee information.- Assist with payroll and salary-related coordination.- Handle employee queries and support employee engagement activities.- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential records.- Ensure company HR policies and procedures are followed.- Support performance appraisal and employee development activities.- Assist management with general HR and administrative requirements.
Required Skills
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.- Solid knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.- Good command of MS Office/Google Workspace.- Strong organizational and time-management skills.- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.- Problem-solving and people-management skills.- Knowledge of basic labour laws and statutory compliance is an advantage.
Qualification
MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA/B.Com, or any relevant graduate degree.
Salary
