Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Educational Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable career-oriented training programs and assist them throughout the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students through calls, emails, online meetings, and face-to-face interactions.
Understand students' educational background, career goals, and interests.
Recommend suitable courses based on their career aspirations.
Explain course curriculum, certifications, internships, placement support, and career opportunities.
Handle student and parent queries professionally.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Assist students with applications, documentation, fee payments, and onboarding.
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
Manage leads from websites, social media, job portals, referrals, webinars, and other sources.
Maintain accurate lead and student records in CRM.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.




Coordinate with marketing, training, and placement teams.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA preferred.
1–5 years of experience in Educational Counseling, Admissions, Career Counseling, EdTech, Training Institutes, or Academic Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid counseling, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
