Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Technical Trainer who can deliver high-quality technical training to students and professionals. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging classroom/online sessions, developing practical learning content, mentoring learners, and ensuring robust learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver technical training through classroom and online sessions.
Conduct hands-on training, coding exercises, projects, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
Train learners on programming concepts, development tools, and industry-relevant technologies.
Prepare and update training materials, presentations, assignments, coding exercises, and project content.
Evaluate learner performance through assessments, coding tests, and practical projects.
Mentor students and provide individual feedback to improve their technical skills.
Keep training content aligned with current industry trends and requirements.




Collaborate with the curriculum and placement teams to ensure learners are job-ready.
Conduct mock interviews, technical assessments, and interview preparation sessions.
Maintain learner engagement and ensure successful completion of assigned training programs.

Technical Skills

Candidates should have strong expertise in one or more of the following areas:
Java / Advanced Java
Python, C Language
Data Structures & Algorithms
SQL & Database Management
Web Development
Full Stack Development
Software Development
Object-Oriented Programming
Git/GitHub
Cloud / DevOps – added advantage

Candidate Profile
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
2–6 years of relevant experience in technical training, software development, or a combination of both.
Robust programming and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for students.
Robust classroom management and learner engagement skills.
Prior experience in EdTech, training institutes, colleges, or corporate training is preferred.
Should be comfortable delivering both online and offline training.
