Academic Head cum Operations

SLBS Marklance – Vyttila, Kochi, Kerala

SLBS Marklance is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Academic Head cum Operations to manage academic activities, faculty coordination, student experience, and overall branch operations at our Vyttila branch.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day academic and branch operations.
Plan and monitor academic schedules, classes, examinations, and training programs.
Coordinate with faculty, trainers, and academic teams.
Monitor faculty performance, attendance, class quality, and student feedback.
Manage student onboarding, academic support, and issue resolution.
Track student progress, attendance, performance, and course completion.
Maintain academic records, reports, and operational documentation.
Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth branch functioning.
Handle student and parent queries professionally.
Identify operational gaps and implement improvements.
Ensure discipline, compliance, and professional standards.
Support student engagement, retention, placements, and overall satisfaction.
Prepare regular academic and operational reports for management.





Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant field.
3–6 years of experience in academic administration, education management, branch operations, or similar roles.
Experience managing faculty/training teams and students.
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Good knowledge of academic planning and operational management.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a target-driven setting.
Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and basic reporting tools.
Prior experience in the education/training industry is an added advantage.
Candidates must be currently based in Kerala.
