Job Summary The Academic In-Charge will be responsible for overseeing the academic functioning of the play school, ensuring high-quality early childhood education, effective implementation of the curriculum, teacher development, and a safe, engaging learning environment for children.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and monitor the preschool curriculum and academic activities.
Ensure age-appropriate teaching methodologies and learning outcomes.
Supervise teachers and support staff and provide regular academic guidance.
Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
Prepare and monitor lesson plans, activities, worksheets, projects, and assessments.
Organize academic events, celebrations, workshops, field trips, and parent-engagement activities.
Monitor children's academic, social, emotional, and developmental progress.
Maintain academic records and prepare periodic reports.
Conduct teacher training, meetings, and professional-development sessions.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and development.
Ensure adherence to school policies, safety standards, and child-protection practices.




Coordinate with the Principal/School Head on academic planning and daily operations.
Promote a positive, nurturing, and child-friendly school environment.
Support admissions, orientation, and other school initiatives when required.
