About the job

Key responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers and communicate with them professionally.
Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and outstanding dues.
Explain payment details and resolve basic customer queries over calls.
Maintain proper records of customer calls, follow-ups, and payment commitments.
Handle customer interactions politely and professionally.
Coordinate with the team and reporting manager for regular updates.
Ensure timely follow-up with customers as per assigned cases.

Banking Collections Computer skills

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements
Valuable communication skills in Hindi.
Confident while communicating with customers.
Basic knowledge of computers.
Comfortable with making outbound calls and regular follow-ups.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
