Total Experience – 2 to 3yrs
Handle customer service desk operations, collaborating with customers/shippers in coordination with the Sales Team.
Follow up on carting / stuffing & onboard confirmation whether same has been sent to clients on time.
Sending timely delivery status to the customer.
Quoting export rates to clients.
Follow up on upcoming shipments and sharing schedules of needed.
Rates filing with co-loaders for export shipments.
Maintaining detailed reports of all shipments.
