Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement processes for ICT and digital transformation projects.
Prepare procurement plans, RFPs, bid documents, and evaluation frameworks.
Support transaction advisory and bid management activities.
Ensure compliance with procurement regulations, policies, and best practices.
Coordinate with stakeholders, government agencies, consultants, and vendors.
Facilitate vendor selection, contract negotiation, and project onboarding.
Preferred Skills
Robust understanding of public procurement frameworks and tendering processes.
Experience in Smart Cities, ICT infrastructure, digital governance, and technology-led projects.
Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Proven experience in handling large-scale government or public-sector projects.
