We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Admission Counselor to manage the student admission process, counsel prospective parents and students, and drive admissions through effective lead conversion and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Handle enquiries from prospective parents and students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Counsel parents and students regarding the school, curriculum, programs, facilities, fee structure, and admission process.
Manage the complete admission cycle from lead generation and follow-up to enrollment.
Conduct campus visits and effectively present the school’s offerings.
Follow up with prospective parents and ensure timely conversion of leads into admissions.
Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, applications, and conversions.
Coordinate with academic, administration, and finance teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Handle parent queries and concerns professionally and provide timely resolutions.
Participate in open houses, admission drives, education fairs, and other promotional activities.
Prepare regular admission reports and provide updates on lead status and conversion performance.
Identify prospects to improve the admission funnel and conversion rate.




Ensure all admission documentation and records are complete and up to date.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a relevant qualification in Education or Management is preferred.
5–6 years of relevant experience in school admissions, educational counseling, education sales, or a similar role.
Prior experience in a reputed school or educational institution is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong counseling, convincing, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
Proven track record of achieving admission or enrollment targets.
Robust parent-handling skills with a service-oriented approach.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM, and admission management systems.
Confident, presentable, proactive, and well-organized.
