Summary

Junior engineer testing will be the primary interface between manufacturing, Lean, & quality for all manufacturing test process development, conducting Electrical Testing, and troubleshooting.

Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components, supporting not only India's defense and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Roles & Responsibility
Thorough testing & troubleshooting of power products.
Responsible for achieving zero DPU, zero EHS incidents & maintaining 5S+ in testing area.
Improvement of testing procedure and test stand.
Justify and procure test hardware and other capital expenditures needed for production test.
Set up and deploy test hardware, software, stations, etc. in production.
Train recent test technicians in the use of test equipment, test process, and coach the testing team.




Work with cross-functional teams to plan test development schedules and allocate resources.
Lead and drive continuous improvement projects.
Other duties as required.

The Ideal Candidate
Experience in testing of rectifiers, inverters, and switch gears. Hands-on experience in testing of exciter and starter will be an added advantage.

Required Qualification
Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
Minimum of 2+ years related working experience in testing power cabinets, control panels, converters, inverters, DCS, switch gears, etc.

Preferred Qualifications
Control & power cabinet testing, problem solving, and PCBA level troubleshooting.
