The candidate will be responsible for communicating with students and parents, handling admission enquiries, explaining course details, and supporting the admissions team in achieving enrolment targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle student and parent enquiries through calls and direct communication.
Explain course details,batches, and admission procedures clearly.
Understand students' requirements and provide suitable course guidance.
Follow up with interested students and prospective admissions.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries and follow-ups.
Support the admissions team in achieving admission targets.
Maintain qualified and positive communication with students and parents.
Assist with other admission-related activities as required.
Requirements
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Positive communication skills in Malayalam.
Confident and positive attitude.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in the education sector.
Basic computer knowledge.
Previous experience in admission counselling, telecalling, sales, or the education sector will be an added advantage.
