Essential Requirements
Proven experience in Java development with a deep understanding of object-oriented design and multi-threading.




Hands-on experience building and managing cloud-based applications using AWS or Azure.
Strong proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and database management.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an onsite, cooperative team environment.
Transparent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating AI or machine learning models into production-grade software applications.
Exposure to modern CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
Background in the financial services domain or high-transaction settings.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven design patterns.
