Develop intuitive, responsive user interfaces using React to provide seamless experiences for our end users.
Integrate LLM-based workflows using LangGraph and LangChain to automate and enhance core product features.
Collaborate with cross-functional product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Manage containerized deployments and orchestration using Kubernetes to ensure high availability and system reliability.
Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain high standards of code quality and architectural integrity.
Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

Essential Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack or backend-heavy capacity.




Deep proficiency in Python and contemporary JavaScript frameworks, specifically React.
Demonstrated experience working with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain.
Robust understanding of containerization and orchestration tools, particularly Kubernetes.
Proven ability to design and maintain distributed systems in a production setting.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in an onsite, collaborative team setting.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Java in enterprise-grade microservices architectures.
Familiarity with Angular for legacy or secondary system maintenance.
Prior experience working within the fintech or payment processing domain.
