We are looking for a Mid-Level Salesforce CPQ Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable Configure-Price-Quote solutions on the Salesforce platform. You'll work closely with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and cross-functional engineering teams to streamline quoting, pricing, and order processes, ensuring our sales teams can move fast without sacrificing accuracy or compliance.

This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (formerly SteelBrick) and wants to deepen their expertise while taking ownership of meaningful product and process improvements.

What You'll Do
n
n
- Design, configure, and customize Salesforce CPQ solutions including product catalogs, price rules, product rules, bundles, discount schedules, and quote templates
n
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages to extend CPQ functionality
n
- Build and optimize quote-to-cash workflows, including integrations with billing, ERP, and CRM systems
n
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues, including pricing errors, approval flow bugs, and quote generation problems
n
- Write and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations
n
- Participate in code reviews,
testing (unit and UAT), and deployment processes using CI/CD tools
n
- Stay current with Salesforce CPQ releases, best practices, and platform limitations
n
- Support data migration and cleanup activities related to product catalogs and pricing structures
n
- Partner with QA and other developers to ensure solutions are well-tested, performant, and maintainable
n

What We're Looking For
n
Required:
n
n
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick) implementation and administration
n
- Strong understanding of CPQ core concepts: product bundling, price rules, product rules, discount schedules, quote templates, and approval processes
n
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components
n
- Experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules)
n
- Solid understanding of the quote-to-cash lifecycle and its integration points (billing, ERP, contract management)
n
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD deployment pipelines (e.g., Gearset, Copado, or similar)
n
- Solid analytical and debugging skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex pricing and configuration logic
n
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Engineering teams

- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification

- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification

- Experience with Salesforce Billing or third-party billing systems (Zuora, NetSuite, Stripe)
