Key Responsibilities:

1. MIS Reporting & Financial Performance Monitoring

n

- Prepare, review, and maintain MIS reports for all subsidiaries, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to management.
n
- Monitor financial performance through periodic reporting and management dashboards.
n

2. Financial Analysis & Business Insights

n

n
- Perform monthly analysis of Profit & Loss Accounts, Balance Sheets, and key financial metrics across subsidiaries.
n
- Identify financial variances, business trends, and risk areas, providing actionable insights to support management decision-making.
n

n

3. Capex & Borrowing Management

n

n
- Coordinate with subsidiary finance teams for Capex planning and borrowing requirements.
n
- Evaluate and facilitate approval of capital expenditure proposals in accordance with company policies and financial objectives.
n

n

4. Financial Consolidation & Statutory Coordination

n

n
- Lead quarterly consolidation of financial statements for KNPL and its subsidiaries.
n
- Liaise with statutory auditors and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of consolidation, compliance, and reporting requirements.
n

Internal Audit & Compliance

n

n
- Serve as the key coordinator for internal audit activities across subsidiaries.
n
- Track audit observations, ensure timely closure of findings, and strengthen internal control compliance frameworks.
n

6. Business Finance Support

n

n
- Provide Finance & Accounts support on strategic business initiatives and key operational parameters.
n
- Partner with business leaders to support decision-making through financial analysis and commercial insights.
n

n

Candidate Profile:

n

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-7 years of post-qualification experience in Financial Reporting, MIS, Consolidation, Business Finance, and Financial Analysis.

n

Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, internal controls, audit coordination, and stakeholder management, with the ability to drive business insights and support strategic decision-making.

n

Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills, with experience in handling multiple subsidiaries and cross-functional stakeholders.
