Manage day-to-day clinic Sales & operations to ensure smooth and productive functioning
Supervise front office, therapists, consultants, and support staff
Ensure excellent client service and satisfaction at all touchpoints
Coordinate appointment scheduling, staff rosters, and workflow planning
Monitor clinic performance, daily reports, operational & Sales targets.
Support the team in achieving revenue and service goals
Handle client queries, feedback, and basic issue resolution professionally
Ensure clinic cleanliness, discipline, and adherence to internal processes
Coordinate with head office for reports, inventory, and administrative updates
Minimum years of experience in Slimming clinic or Aesthetic Industry is mandatory
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reports, CRM or billing software)
Solid leadership and people-management abilities
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
both Female & Male are preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
