We are looking for a Backup & Storage Administrator with solid experience in enterprise backup, storage, and network infrastructure.
Mandatory Skills
PPDM (Power Protect Data Manager) – backup and recovery administration.
Dell EMC Data Domain (DD) – configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, replication, and backup integration.
Robust knowledge of backup policies, schedules, retention, restores, and backup troubleshooting.
Experience with Net App Storage administration and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Cisco Switches and basic SAN/network connectivity.
Responsibilities
Administer and monitor Power Protect Data Manager (PPDM) and Data Domain environments.
Configure backup jobs, policies, schedules, retention, and recovery operations.
Troubleshoot backup failures, replication issues, and storage capacity/performance problems.
Manage and support Net App storage environments, including capacity and performance monitoring.
Support Cisco switch configuration, connectivity troubleshooting, and infrastructure-related incidents.
Perform incident management, RCA, patching, upgrades, and maintain operational documentation.
