Job Description of Position Incumbent:
Quality Control: Supervise, monitor, and control the quality of raw materials, process intermediates, and finished products as per plan through proper sampling and testing.
Legal and statutory compliance: Manage product licenses, BIS requirements, regular statutory fees, and related coordination and networking.
Operational management: Operate and optimize VRM/coal mill to achieve targeted production and power consumption.
Process maintenance jobs: Identify areas for improvement and execute proposals for modifications and productivity improvements.
Process expense control: Ensure operations remain within budgeted norms and implement improvement actions for cost optimization.
Raw material unloading and feeding: Oversee unloading and feeding of raw materials, maintain all records, and generate accurate and timely MIS.
Safety compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with all safety standards and applicable recommendations related to the concerned area.
