About the Role

Upcountry Decor Pvt. Ltd., a leading company specializing in Interior Execution and Turnkey Projects, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Prime, and excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, payments, receipts, and reconciliations.Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Prepare and analyze financial reports, including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and Cash Flow Report

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in accordance with legal requirements.

Process vendor payments, client payments, and maintain supporting documentation.

Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate bookkeeping.Support audits and maintain proper financial documentation.





Coordinate with internal departments for financial and accounting requirements.

Required Skills

Competencies Solid proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime.

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets. Thorough understanding of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.

Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.Ability to manage Cash Flow effectively.

Expertise in calculating and analyzing Net Profit and Gross Profit.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is mandatory.
