About the Role

nWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to lead and manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have solid practical knowledge of accounting and taxation and must have prior experience working with a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm.

nKey Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger scrutiny, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
n
Prepare and review Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, and other financial reports.
n
Handle GST, TDS, TCS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
n
Coordinate with external Chartered Accountants, auditors, tax consultants, and statutory authorities.
n
Review GST returns, TDS returns, reconciliations, and related documentation.
n
Ensure timely completion of accounting and statutory compliance requirements.
n
Conduct bank, vendor, customer, and inter-company reconciliations.
n
Monitor accounts receivable and payable and ensure proper accounting controls.
n
Assist in budgeting, MIS reporting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
n




Support internal and statutory audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
n
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
n
Identify accounting discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
n
Lead and supervise the accounts team and ensure accurate and timely deliverables.

nMandatory Requirements

n

n
Must have prior work experience in a CA Firm / Chartered Accountant Firm.
n
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
n
Strong hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS and Income Tax compliance.
n
Excellent understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
n
Experience in handling audits and coordinating with CA firms/auditors.
n
Proficiency in Tally Prime / ERP / Accounting Software and MS Excel.
n
Robust analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
n
Ability to independently manage accounting and compliance functions.
n
Good communication and team-management skills.
n

nEducational Qualification

n

n
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
n
CA Inter / CMA Inter / relevant qualified qualification will be an added advantage.
