Mandatory Qualification: Chartered Accountant(CA)

Experience: 3 - 7 years Post CA Qualification

Shift Timing: 03:30 PM - 12:30 AM / 04:30 PM - 01:30 AM

Preferred Industry: Construction
Conduct account analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and review the general ledger to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Collaborate with internal departments and project managers to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant financial information to support monthly and annual close processes.
Reviewing project variances- job cost, project budget, WIP, and associated billings.
Maintain the accounting for fixed assets including company vehicles.
Timely processing of month-end close functionalities.
Support the compilation of financial reports and KPIs.
Knowledge of business Insurance, CCIP, and OCIP processes.
Maintain financial historical records,



and proper supporting documents and establish internal accounting controls.
Support internal and external audits for accuracy and completeness.
Assist in various tax preparation and filings- 1099s, Sales tax, Property tax, etc
Streamline existing processes, ensure processes are well documented and current, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate financial audits and reviews of accounting records.
Prepare audit schedules, respond to inquiries, and address audit findings on time.
Participate in special projects and initiatives to support continuous improvement efforts, system enhancements, and process optimization within the finance and accounting function.
