Ensure availability of partners and secondary agents in geography
Manage and take reporting from mapped Jio Digital Repair Specialist
Co-ordinate with business teams for Air Fiber business
Visit General Trade partners.
Conduct sample audits for installations.
Happy calling to customers for feedback.
Ensure quality of partners and partners onboarding.
Ensure timely attending surveillance tickets
Ensuring timely closure of surveillance tickets
Impart training to secondary agents for Ready for Role
Hand-hold Fiber engineers
Monitor engineer's productivity.
Education Requirement
Graduation (Science stream preferred)
Experience Requirement
3 to 5 Years
