Key Duties
Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the TPA.
Develop and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client needs, expectations, and business goals.
Schedule and lead regular client meetings, reviews, and updates.
Account Oversight
Monitor the performance of client accounts against service level agreements (SLAs).
Review the Dashboards to ensure that no claims are stuck at any level and resolve any problem before it escalates.
Ensure timely delivery of services such as claims processing, reporting, member enrolment, etc.
Address and resolve issues or escalations promptly. Understand the root cause of issue and put processes in place to ensure they do not occur again.
Claims & Operational Coordination
Liaise with internal teams (claims, payments, assist, membership, billing) to ensure smooth operations.
Track claims turnaround time, accuracy, and adherence to agreed guidelines.




Provide support in claims audits or dispute resolutions.
Reporting & Analytics
Liaise with analysis team to deliver periodic reports on claims, utilization, premiums, and other KPIs as required by broker, insurer.
Analyse data to provide insights into cost drivers, claim trends, or process improvements.
Support insurers underwriting teams/ brokers with loss ratio and claims data as requested.
Client Onboarding & Renewals
Facilitate onboarding of current clients/renewals including setup of systems, processes, and awareness sessions
Coordinate annual or periodic policy renewals, plan changes, or benefit modifications.
Support in Business Development
Assist in preparing proposals or presentations for renewals or upselling.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling or service expansion within existing accounts.
