Job Title: Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Client Servicing

nAbout the Role

nWe are seeking an experienced client servicing qualified with 10–15 years in advertising, digital, or integrated communication agencies. The role requires a strategic leader who can drive client relationships, communication strategy, creative thinking, social media, content, and integrated campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

nKey Responsibilities

Lead and manage Government and PSU client accounts.
n
Develop integrated communication and social media strategies.
n
Translate client briefs into effective creative and communication solutions.
n
Collaborate with creative, content, digital, and strategy teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
n
Lead campaign planning, client presentations, and pitch proposals.
n
Build long-term client relationships and identify account growth prospects.
n
Mentor teams and ensure timely project delivery.
n




Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.
n
Represent the agency in client meetings and senior stakeholder discussions.
n

nRequirements

n

n
10–15 years of experience in advertising, digital, or integrated communication agencies.
n
Proven experience managing Government Ministries, PSUs or public sector communication accounts.
n
Strong understanding of client servicing, branding, content, creative strategy, digital, and social media.
n
Experience in developing communication strategies, pitch presentations, and integrated campaigns.
n
Ability to manage senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and handle multiple high-value accounts.
n
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
n
Robust strategic thinking with the ability to translate client briefs into impactful communication solutions.
