Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The role involves understanding client requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving concerns, and identifying prospects to strengthen long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Handle client queries, concerns, and service-related issues professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Follow up with clients regularly to understand their feedback and requirements.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities.
Monitor client satisfaction and work toward improving the overall customer experience.
Identify opportunities for business growth, repeat business, and referrals.
Prepare regular reports related to client activities and performance.




Ensure timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, proposals, and pending requirements.
Meet assigned customer service and business development targets.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in client handling, relationship management, customer service, or sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and follow-up abilities.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
Customer-focused attitude with a qualified approach.
