Accounts Manager – Real Estate

Experience: 5–10 Years | Qualification: M. Com / MBA (Finance)

Location: T Nagar, Chennai

Key Responsibilities -
Independently manage Accounts, Banking and Taxation functions.
Handle day-to-day accounting, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations and finalization of accounts.
Coordinate Statutory Audits, GST, TDS and Income Tax compliance and assessments.
Handle banking operations, payments, collections and bank reconciliations.
Prepare MIS and financial reports as required.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks and other specialists.

Skills & Experience -
Excellent hands-on knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime, MS Excel and MS Word.
Solid practical knowledge of Accounting, Banking and Taxation.
Real Estate / Construction industry experience preferred.
CA / CMA Inter or CA Articleship experience will be an added advantage.

Should be capable of independently handling the complete accounts function with accuracy and integrity. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
