About the Role:
We're looking for a driven Sales professional to grow our HVAC and Building Management System (BMS) sensor business across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa, and part of MP. You'll own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closure — while building strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and facility managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate current business prospects across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors




Develop and execute sales strategies to hit revenue and growth targets
Deliver technical presentations and proposals to prospective clients
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle and maintain a strong client pipeline
Provide pre- and post-sales support, ensuring high customer satisfaction
Stay current on HVAC/BMS product trends and competitive landscape

What We're Looking For:

Engineering degree (Instrumentation / Electronics / Mechanical) or equivalent; MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus
Prior experience in HVAC, BMS, instrumentation, or building automation sales preferred
Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Existing network with contractors, consultants, architects, or facility management firms is a strong plus
