We are looking for an experienced Analog Design Engineer with strong expertise in analog and high-speed circuit design for advanced FinFET technology nodes.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop analog and high-speed circuits for advanced semiconductor products.
Work on Transmitter & Receiver equalization circuits , including FFE, CTLE and DFE .
Design and analyze PLL, DLL, CDR and other high-performance precision analog blocks.
Perform circuit-level simulations, analysis, optimization and debugging across PVT corners .
Collaborate with Layout, Verification, Modeling and Physical Design teams for successful block implementation.
Analyze post-layout performance and address design, noise, timing and signal-integrity issues.
Contribute to design reviews, documentation and silicon bring-up/debug activities.
Required Skills:
4+ years of hands-on experience in Analog / Mixed-Signal Circuit Design .
Solid experience in high-speed circuit design and signal-integrity concepts.
Hands-on experience with PLL / DLL / CDR / TX / RX circuits.
Experience with FFE / CTLE / DFE or other high-speed equalization techniques.
Solid understanding of transistor-level circuit design, noise, jitter, bandwidth, stability and PVT variations.
Experience working with advanced FinFET technology nodes , preferably TSMC 16nm or below .
Proficiency in circuit simulation tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre/HSPICE or equivalent.
Good understanding of semiconductor fundamentals and analog design methodologies.
Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills.
Valuable to Have:
Experience in SerDes / high-speed I/O / data converter / PHY design.
Experience with 10nm, 7nm, 5nm or lower technology nodes .
Exposure to post-layout simulation and silicon correlation.
