Role Overview

We are looking for a senior analyst to support the Banks capital management, RWA analytics, capital planning and regulatory capital requirements. The role will work closely with Risk, Treasury and Business teams to provide insights on capital adequacy, capital consumption and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyse CET1, Tier 1, CRAR and Risk Weighted Assets (RWA).
Analyse RWA and capital movements across businesses, products and portfolios and identify key drivers.
Support the capital planning, forecasting and stress testing exercises including ICAAP.
Assess the impact of business growth, portfolio mix, profitability and regulatory changes on capital requirements.
Develop capital consumption, RWA density and return-on-capital analytics to support business decisions.
Prepare management dashboards, MIS and commentary on capital performance and emerging trends.
Ensure accuracy, data integrity, reconciliation and controls around capital and RWA reporting.




Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and enhanced capital analytics.

Additional Responsibilities
Business Division Profitability Reporting for key products / segments.
Assist in implementation of the ECL framework for monitoring product / segment profitability

Candidate Profile
CA / MBA Finance / CFA / FRM or equivalent qualification.
3–8 years of relevant experience in banking capital management, RWA, regulatory reporting, financial control, risk or treasury.
Robust understanding of Basel III, capital adequacy and RWA concepts.
Robust analytical, financial modelling and Excel skills.
Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into business implications.
Solid communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Exposure to Power BI, SQL, or other data analytics/automation tools will be an advantage.
