Role Summary The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong B2B prospect pipeline and generating qualified sales opportunities through digital outreach channels.

Key Responsibilities
Identify businesses matching the company's target audience.
Research companies, industries and decision-makers.
Build and manage high-quality prospect lists.
Source leads through Apollo, LinkedIn and online research.
Execute cold email campaigns.
Conduct skilled WhatsApp marketing and outreach.
Personalize messages based on prospect information.
Use AI tools to speed up research and personalize communication.
Create follow-up sequences for different prospect stages.
Track email responses and prospect engagement.




Qualify leads before handing them to the sales team.
Schedule meetings with interested prospects.
Maintain CRM/lead sheets and update prospect status.
Analyze outreach performance and suggest improvements.

Skills Required
1+ year experience in B2B lead generation, sales development or outreach.
Apollo experience preferred.
LinkedIn prospecting experience.
Cold email experience.
WhatsApp outreach experience.
Knowledge of AI-assisted prospecting.
Solid written English and communication skills.
Excellent follow-up discipline.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
