Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Art and Craft Freshers role based at The Prodigies International School in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will support classroom learning by planning and conducting age-appropriate art and craft activities, under guidance from senior teachers.

Daily tasks include preparing materials, assisting in setting up activity spaces, demonstrating basic techniques, and helping learners complete projects safely and creatively. The role also involves maintaining a tidy and organized art area, supporting school events and displays,



and collaborating with teaching staff to integrate art and craft into the broader curriculum. The candidate will be encouraged to learn, take feedback positively, and grow into a more independent art facilitator over time.

Qualifications
Basic knowledge of art and craft techniques such as drawing, coloring, cutting, pasting, and straightforward model-making.
Creativity and enthusiasm for working with children in a school environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and collaborate with teachers and staff.
Robust sense of responsibility, patience, and classroom discipline while managing groups of young learners.
Minimum educational qualification: a diploma or degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or related field is an added advantage.
Willingness to learn, adapt to school processes, and participate in workshops or training programs.
Prior internship or volunteer experience in schools, activity centers, or art workshops with children is preferred but not mandatory.
