Role & responsibilities
Responsible for independent shift handling and managing floor operations within the production department.
Execute plastic product process troubleshooting to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
Manage process rejection control and material weight optimization.
Allocate and control manpower ranging from 100 to 200 personnel per shift.
Handle robot operations and setup.
Operate and monitor molding machines, specifically Haitian, Tedric, L&T;, and CLF systems.
Apply working knowledge of plastic raw materials, covering both commodity and engineering plastics.
Utilize computer systems and ERP software such as SAP and Finsys for daily operations.
