Roles and Responsibility
Manage and supervise the branch team to achieve business objectives and goals.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements




Proven experience in management and leadership, with a minimum of 8 years in a similar role.
Robust knowledge of financial products and services, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
