Department: Artificial Intelligence & Digital Transformation (AI&DT;) Division

Tasks :
Support the AI&DT; Division in the end-to-end execution of AI and digital transformation projects across manufacturing, service and functional verticals.
Undertake requirement analysis, solution design and preparation of Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) for AI and digital solutions.
Work on AI/ML, Generative AI and Agentic AI applications, and enterprise/database technologies.
Assist in development, testing, deployment, system integration and implementation of software and digital solutions.
Coordinate with vendors, developers and user departments, and support tendering and technical evaluation.
Monitor deliverables and timelines, and support post-implementation monitoring of digital transformation initiatives.

Key skills Robust analytical thinking, problem-solving ability and aptitude to rapidly learn and apply emerging AI and digital technologies. Software/application development; Excellent knowledge in AI/ML /Generative AI applications/ Agentic AI, database management; enterprise application development; requirement analysis; FRS preparation, project implementation/coordination





Requirements

Maximum Age: 37 years as on 01.09.2026

Basic pay range: Rs. 25,000 - 45,000 per month (Associate Manager FTC scale)

Gross Salary: Rs. 50675.00 (Non-Metro) at the minimum of the scale.

Annual CTC: 7.28 Lakhs (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.

Qualification:

Essential: BE / B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology / Software Engineering with a minimum of 65% marks from a reputed university recognized by UGC.

Post Qualification Experience:

Essential: Minimum 1 year of relevant post-qualification experience in software/application development, AI-enabled applications, Generative AI/Agentic AI, Python programming, enterprise software solutions, database technologies and implementation of digital solutions.

Experience in the end-to-end software development lifecycle - including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, system integration and implementation - is desirable.
