About the Role

We are looking for a young, energetic, and organized Branch Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of our branch. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, maintain records, follow up on operational requirements, and ensure smooth branch functioning.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with branch staff and various departments for daily operational activities.
Maintain and update branch records, reports, and documentation.
Handle regular follow-ups with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Coordinate with the operations and traffic teams for smooth workflow.
Monitor pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
Handle basic email communication and documentation.
Maintain proper filing and records of branch-related documents.
Support the Branch Manager/Senior Team in administrative and coordination activities.




Handle basic data entry and work on MS Excel and MS Office.
Ensure timely communication of branch updates to the concerned team members.
Perform other coordination and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
Age: 20–25 years
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Fresher candidates can apply; relevant experience will be an advantage.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Should be organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced logistics environment.
