Job Title: Associate Sales Manager – Telugu Region

Reporting To: Deputy General Manager (DGM) – UGI Sales

Requirements:
Age- 27 Years and above
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
3–5 years of progressive experience in Sales, Education, or Regional Operations.
Experience in the Telangana or Andhra Pradesh market is preferred.
Experience in Education, Training, or Multi-Branch Operations is an advantage.
Fluency in Telugu (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Working proficiency in English is required.
Hindi knowledge is an advantage.
Candidate should be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
Willingness to undertake regional travel across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh.

Main Responsibilities
Manage regional sales operations across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh.
Drive sales targets, revenue, enquiries, walk-ins and conversions.
Manage and monitor Field Sales Executives.
Conduct Telugu-language counselling for students and parents.
Develop local B2B and institutional tie-ups.
Handle student grievances and refund-related matters.
Coordinate collections and repayment follow-ups.
Coordinate recruitment and team development with HR.
Maintain MIS reports and ensure SOP or process compliance.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations and Customer Success teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
